You are so right. You have to commit everyday. I have tried the cheat day. Not a good idea. I tried to eat whole foods. My snacking is where I'm weak. I have tried many different diets. I just find that I need to eat whole foods and not too much. I really want to lose some weight & keep it off forever. Maybe it would help me if I would just write down my daily commitments and look at them every single day.

Do you know of any online groups that meet regularly that have a similar approach? I feel like having a group where I can share my goals and be accountable would be helpful for me.
