So happy to know things are going so well. The month of January results were not good for me. I don't want to calorie count as it just feels like another job. After a gain thus week I realized I have to change my eating. I am thinking of adding a few nights of no dinner. I exercise & I drink water, black coffee & sparkling water so now the focus is on the food & how much.
